If it is only at home and it can connect elsewhere it is going to be an issue with the router despite the fact that others can connect. Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (you will have to reconnect and enter your password again for sites you have used) and reboot your router.

Can you connect anywhere else? What happens when you try to connect? Does your router have a device limit?
Yes, only at home can’t . No my router doesn’t have a limit
