Problem facing to put Product’s purchase date

Last week I bought new Macbook Pro 16" from Amazon.ae . I tried to check my product warranty on apple official site. It was showing me to put purchase date, which I tried to update there but it not updating.

Could you please guide me how can I fix this issue?
