It's so strange that, I don't see the backup done earlier. But it shows on my time machine folder. Please, guide me, I want one of my application very very much. I have paid it, but it didn't appear now when I factory reset my Mac

Recently, I factory reset my Mac. I had an app, which I really need. It doesn't show on " enter time machine" but, it is on my time machine folder, when I open my hard drive. I can even see it in terminal, now, I want to use restore it ?
