I think my phone was hacked Please chek my IMEi & serial nambr

I think my iphone was hacked. This is my imei number serial number please check and give me a good answer as soon as posible.

This is a user forum nobody here can help.

You can only be hacked if you jailbroke the phone. Or if you divulged your apple ID password

1 backup phone in your normal way.

2 wipe the phone in settings, general, reset. Erase all settings and data.

3 Restore phone from backup


Before doing the wipe, in case the backup and restore fails, I would move or copy all photos to Mac Photos app (or the Windows equivalent on PC)

Ditto important documents.
