How do l restore my email after I accidentally erased it

If by email you mean email account that you deleted, then go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account where you can re-add your account.

If by email you mean email message you deleted, open Mail app and in Mailboxes view go to Trash/Bin/bin. If message is no longer in trash, you need to contact your Email Provider to see if they can help.
