Did not receive my money from iDeal to apple id account

I did not receive my money and when i looked at my bank account the money I transferred to my apple id account was gone

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting your device, and signing back in to see if that refreshes your balance?


Transfers can take up to 48 hours to complete.


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
