Reset

iPhone 6 says incorrect 4 digit passcode but it is not it’s what we use for everything on that phone I need to reset

If you are talking about the passcode to unlock your screen, follow these instructions:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled


If you're talking about the ScreenTime Passcode, update your device to iOS 13.4, then follow the steps here:--> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
