Did the previous owner wipe the iPhone down/clean?
Did you set it up using your Apple ID and password also for iCloud?
If you did then the previous owner has no access.

Use passcode for your iPhone lock screen.
Some bank app needs password to login (some let you use Face ID or Touch ID instead)
Even this my iphone have another owner previously
B’coz this iPhone when I purchased is second hand .
The old owner this iPhone have no access yet anymore?
