Refund process for unpicked, custom build
Hello,
I have a custom build macbook pro waiting for me at the store, which I won't be able to pickup due to the recent European travel ban.
I will have to let it sit there and get cancelled in due time. But, I'm confused about the refund process.
The device I ordered had an increased memory and had a EU layout keyboard, so virtually unsellable in the US. What is the refund process in this case? Will I be fully refunded? Do any of you have a similar experience?
