icloud lock on another phone

i have another iphone i was givein but it has a icloud lock on it and the person dont know the information either , can i please have help unlocking it. its an iphone 7 plus

There isn't any know way to bypass activation lock. The person it is locked to can get help from Apple including the following:

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
