Is there a way I can transfer my iPad photos to a cd without using a PC? Thx

No way to burn a CD without a PC.
your ipad should be able to upload those photos somewhere. It may support using an appropriate flash drive to move the files. If you have another apple device you may be able to use Airdrop to move them.
