Activation lock help needed

encountered activation lock with incorrect ID/Password, got stuck !

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

The Activation Lock requires an Apple ID the iPhone was activated with.

First, try to recover access to that Apple ID. Check the articles below:

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


If you cant recover access to it, find the box of your iPhone and the original receipt that proves that you are an owner of this iPhone, contact Support directly and ask them to unlock it for you.
