mms messages

So i was seeing why it's not letting me send messages from an iphone to an android device it keeps saying "MMS Messaging needs to be enabled to send this message.

Here is how to enable MMS messages-

Go to Settings-->>Messages-->>MMS Messaging and then Turn ON MMS Messaging.

In addition to what Axel correcly suggested, check also with your carrier:

Settings>Cellular>Data Cellular network>MMS APN and MMC and see if they are okay.
