iCloud photos

I recently deleted all photos on my MacBook Air and they seem to have deleted from the cloud as well. Is there any way to retrieve them? (Not in recently deleted)

Have you logged into iCloud.com and looked in Photos? Also check this read out, but I don't think it is likely to help you: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205912
