Hello, I want to know how to get the time & battery life to display on the top of my screen whilst using a certain app. The time & battery life used to display but for some reason now it’s disappeared

It is up to the app developer whether to display the phone’s status line while in the app. You need to contact the developer.

Others using the same app have the time etc showing in their device?
It’s still up to the app developer, and it may be a setting in the app. Or maybe they have an older version and didn’t update.
