I bought a MacBook Air late 2015 second hand. Everything works fine except I can not download/install new apps. I have tried reinstalling Mac OS, reset SMC and reset PRAM still same issue.
Who has the same problem and has the solution to fix this.

This post only mentions IOS devices so was not helpfull for me. Probably it had to do something with mac os catalina update. I restorer the macbook to its original mac os and now app store is working perfectly. I hope to hear something from apple what is wrong or what is happened when the previous owner update to catalina.
