Rip music CDs to iTunes
How can I rip some audio CDs to iTunes on my Mac Mojave? Is it still possible? If not, what is another suggestion? I am not interested in Apple Music.
iMac 21.5", macOS 10.14

LJH,
If you have Mojave, you can still use iTunes. CD ripping works essentially the same:

How can I install it with Mojave? I don't want to install Catalina because my Acrobat XI will no longer function, and I don't want to purchase the new Acrobat. Yes, I know all the reasons we are supposed to do all of the updates, but I'm really trying to avoid this one. Thanks - your responses have been supremely helpful and timely!
Hi LJH,
Ripping a CD works pretty much the same in Music as it did in iTunes. Here is the document with the Catalina updates:

Thanks - but, do I need to pay the monthly Apple Music fee to use the app? From what I've been told, I do, and I am not interested in paying for a streaming music service.
Absolutey not. When you install Catalina, the Music app will replace iTunes. You can definitely use the Music app without being an Apple Music streaming subscriber. (That is exactly how I use it.)
