there is an unknown subscription charge on my bill and its $7.99 per month. I've never get any subscriptions with this price

Check your Purchase history, it should identify it. Or you can use this to view and change subscriptions, View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. This may also help, Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
