Can I input all my medications manually and how?

I just started playing with my health app and I really like it. The only thing that I noticed is that I can't input my medications manually. Is there a way or does it have to come from my doctors?

Have you tried the steps in the "How to set up your Medical ID" section of:

Set up your Medical ID in the Health app on your iPhone - Apple Support

Thanks for responding. Yes I tried going thru medical ID but theres no place to input your medications or immunizations manually.

Launch the Health App. The tap on your account icon in the upper right corner. Next tap on Medical ID. You can enter your medications in there Tap Done when you are finished.
