Unable to pair Bluetooth devices with iPhone 11 Pro

I am having troubles with my iPhone Bluetooth. I am not able to pair any device whatsoever.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Have you put the devices in pairing mode per the manufacturers instructions? iPhone won't see a Bluetooth device to pair with it unless it is pairing mode.
