Problems with Bootcamp

iMac 27 late 2015, Fusion Drive 1Tb (Seagate HDD 1TB + Apple SSD 24Gb).

I have changed Seagate HDD 1TB to SSD Samsung EVO 860 1Tb, then reinstall Mac os (cmd+R) Catalina 10.15.2.

After start Bootcamp, i see error Boot Camp Assistant has encountered a problem An internal error has occurred.

I tried Reinstall system again, turn ON, turn OFF trim, clear nvram, but problem still exist.

Apple recommends that the boot camp partition be at least 128 GBs. Also, if you're having any issues with bootcamp typically running through https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209102 will solve most problems. Also could you provide a screenshot of the error when you're running Boot Camp?

I don't try to install windows to 24Gb ssd, i just try to start bootcamp and i see error (screenshot included)

Ok, I saw the 24GB SSD with an NTFS file system. Is macOS running without any noticeable problems?

Have you tried from a completely clean reinstall of macOS by erasing the whole physical SSD and not migrating or restoring anything from backup?

See if you can run Bootcamp from Safe Mode.

Maybe try erasing the 24GB SSD as GUID partition and MacOS Extended (Journaled) just to make sure it is not somehow interfering. Maybe even eject the 24GB SSD before launching Bootcamp.

I don't use Bootcamp so maybe another contributor has some other ideas?

I wasn't suggesting a Fusion Drive. I was just pointing out it appears you tried to install Windows to the very small 24GB SSD which was part of the original Fusion Drive. You need to use Bootcamp Assistant to create a new volume/partition on the new 1TB SSD for Windows.

Make sure you have good verified working backups before you modify the 1TB SSD to make room for Windows since there is always a chance you may break macOS and not be able to boot or mount the macOS volume.
