You can use iCloud to sync your contacts across devices. As long as you are signed into iCloud on both devices, go to Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps Using iCloud>Contacts>On. Do that on both devices. Give the contacts a few minutes to sync. If they don’t sync, restart both devices.
