Screen time not working

Since install of iOS 13.3, I can no longer get the screen time metrics from Childs iPad to show from my iPhone (screen time...family sharing). my screen time data shows, but when I go into my child's settings (he has iPad mini) from my iPhone...the last update is jan2,2002. this worked previously.

I see that you're unable to see the Screen Time for your child after updating the software. I understand your concern, and I'd be glad to help.


To start, let's have you restart both devices and then test to see if the issue remains. If the issue remains, the next thing to do would be to turn Screen Time off and then set it up again on this device.


Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If the issue remains after trying these steps, you'd want to reach out to Apple Support.
