Battery Life on 2019 13" MacBook Pro

I have a new MBP that is experiencing a short battery life while under normal loads (Chrome, Word, Outlook & Skype). I am getting about 3-5 hrs max while very basic usage (no video loads). Any suggestions appreciated. Thx.

Chrome uses much energy. Quit Chrome and test.

Try Safari for a while.
