If the iOS level on your 10 is higher than the iOS level on your 11, you will need to update the iOS on the 11 before you can restore the backup from the 10 to the 11. For example, your 10 may be current at iOS 13.3. But your new out of the box 11, may have come with iOS 13, but not iOS 13.3. You'll need to update the 11 to restore from the backup.

Read my reply. I believe the issue is the new phone is at a lower iOS level than the previous phone. You can restore a backup from a device running a lower iOS level to a new device. You cannot restore the backup of a device running a higher iOS level to a device with a lower iOS level.

After breaking my head looking and looking. I remembered that I updated a Beta Version so my iOS was 13.3.1 and that’s why didn’t let me do it. I removed the beta and I did it a back up of the iPhone without the beta version. I’ll do it tonight and will

let you know.
