i don't see ecg app in apple watch series 4

any idea gys why i don't see ecg app in apple watch series 4 , before i conversation with but no response from apple. who can help me ?

ECG is not available in all areas. Check this listing to see if you are in an area where it is supported. watchOS - Feature Availability - Apple

Also if you are under the age of 22, then ECG is also not available (apparently the medical community has decided that young people do not have a reliable ECG reading and have set the cut-off age at 22; so to get ECG approval, Apple has implemented that limit).
