i have wiped my iphone 6plus back to the hello screen but it asks for my wi fi network password

I wiped my iPhone 6plus for resale it went back to hello screen but it asks for my wifi network password at set up. I am near my network is this why

If you start the setup it will request you connect to a Wifi network. If yours is nearby, it will appear in the list of available networks, and you can select it, and it will ask for its password.


That’s the normal process for setting up a phone from scratch.
