Download Music from iTunes Match in bulk to iPhone

Is there a way to download my iTunes Match music to my iPhone - in bulk - not one by one so I can listen offline?

It synchs to my iPhone - but can't access it when in the air.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

There should be an additional cloud icon at the top of an album or a playlist. Use those to download all of that object at once. You can create a smart playlist with the rule location is in the cloud, which should sync to your device over the air and can then be used. More sensible might be to limit it to say 30 or 100 tracks, so you can initiate a chunks of downloads, and then grab another when the first is complete.
