I have an old account from when I had an iPod years ago. I want to find out how I can access that music also from my phone and my new Apple ID

You can log in to the account on a computer running iTunes, and download the music to it if its still available, and then sync it to the iPhone. You cannot use more than one account on an iPhone to get media from.
