when I get called, I get no ringtone anymore, only vibration

All settings o.K.

What to do?

Do you perhaps have the mute switch engaged? It's the little slider just above the volume buttons.

It's very easy to accidentally slide that and very easy to forget it exists. Glad it was that easy a fix.
