Spaced out Phone Numbers and contacts names not working

I’ve got a new iPhone and the contacts all saved with the numbers from a backup but when ever they text me I get their number spaced out like this 51 59 999 999 I’ve been trying to get it to say the name if my phone has it saved but it constantly gives me the number spaced out. I’ve reset iMessage and Contacts in the settings by shutting them off and back on I’ve retyped the numbers in contacts and it still gives me these messages from spaced out phone numbers.
