How can I create a genius playlist in Apple Music?

I have been using Apple Music for around 3 months now. I can see that you can create a new Genius playlist from File>New>Genius Playlist but the option is greyed out for me. Do I need to use Apple Music for longer to unlock the option?

You need to select a song before using the menu.

Rename Genius Playlist Name The "edit playlist name" doesn't seem to work for generated playlists from Genius (at least for me). This is a bummer. I realize I can copy and paste into a new playlist, but why? Doesn't seem logical that Apple would limit this, more likely a UI design flaw introduced in the move to Music from iTunes.
