Calendar Alert set to None for New Event, alert still created

Model: iPhone Xs (MT9G2GH/A)

Software: (12.1.3 (17A878)

Calendar server: gmail

Settings > Calendar > Default Alert Times all set to None, Time to Leave switched off

Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Calendars is switched off

In the Calendar app I tap the + sign to add a new event.

In the event I leave the Alert on None.

I tap Add to create (save) the event in the calendar.

Right after this if I open the calendar event, I can see two alerts had been created without me intending to happen so. Alert 10 minutes before and Second Alert also 10 minutes before (two alerts are set for the same time).

How can I achieve that when Alert is set to None then there is none alert set?

iPhone XS

If you log into Settings for your gmail account in a web browser, is there any information on their site about event alerts. I just wonder if this is something that is coming from the Google calendar, rather than your iOS calendar.
