Move video files to USB flash drive problem

Yesterday I bought Samsung USB flash drive to move some videos over 6GB from Photo app on my 12.9 iPad Pro running iPadOS 13.1.2 I got a message after failed to move the file....

And also one video file under 3GB was able to move to USB flash drive just fine.

Also other problem is some videos with over 6GB are not able to playback off USB flash drive while one with less than 3GB can playback just fine.

Your help is much appreciated

If your flash drive is formatted with the FAT32 file system, then that is your problem. FAT32 doesn't support files larger than 4 gig.

I concur.

You can try to format using disk utilities in your mac, or use properties of the usb in windows

That’s odd....today I finally moved videos with over 6GB each to USB flash drive. I don’t know if they are formatted with FAT32...Except they are NOT able to playback off USB Flash drive at all....
