I updated my phone yesterday to iOS 13.1.2 and now the ability to access the family sharing screen time function has disappeared. If my kids request extra time etc it comes upon my MacBook, iPad but not on my phone (and watch). This is an issue as I don't always have those devices on me. Does anyone else have this problem? if so is there a solution?

On the devices where it doesn't show, have you tried signing out of iCloud and back in?

Logged out then back in again. All the kids screen time details back in my phone. Thanks so much.
