On the site page about memoji‘s it says I can make a memoji sticker on any device using iOS13 as long as it's not animated but I can't find how on my tablet. There just isn't an icon in messages for it. Help!

Hello,

A footnote on that website states that Memoji Stickers requires a device with at least an A9 CPU or newer. By your profile you state you have an iPad mini (4th generation). Your iPad has an A8 CPU and is not compatible with Memoji Stickers.
