Use a family member's or friend's computer, or if an Apple Store or authorised repairer is nearby try taking it there

What is the text of the error message, when/where are you getting it ? If it says you will have to use a computer use a family member's or friend's

I clicked learn more and it took me to that page bc that’s the error I got and the help thing say I need to connect my phone to a laptop and go to iTunes to fix this problem
