There used to be an option under library on the phone app for "songs" where you could click on it, play it, and then shuffle all songs, is there a new easier way to do this now that the "songs" option is now missing from the library?

I am able to go to my Music app, then tap on Library, then select Songs, then at the top of the page, there is a Play button, and also a Shuffle button. Are you using Apple Music subscription, or Music that you have synced via iTunes?
