How come my sim card in my phone won’t work but the same sim card works in my other iPhone?

What is the error message that you get? Is the SIM card from the carrier the phone is locked to?
I do not get a error message it searches for the SIM card but says no service after searching. I looked through my settings and it said Network not available and says “Phone not aloud”
My sim card won’t work in my phone but works in my other iPhone?
