My iPad will not update latest version when I go to settings and general and click software update I get iOS 10.3.3 your software is up to date

What model is it : Identify your iPad model - Apple Support ? A 4th gen iPad only supports up to 10.3.3 (10.3.4 if it's a cellular model)
