I want to downgrade from the 200GB plan to the 50GB plan. I've been paying for the larger plan for years and only have 40GB of data stored. I followed the instructions to select the plan I want but the "done" option is still greyed out. Any suggestions?

I found that I had to downgrade to the free version to get the "done" button to activate. Once I had downgraded to the free version I was able to go in a second time and select the 50GB version.
