I have a previously owned ipad and I don't know who? I need to activate the ipad but can't get past the lock. There is no way for me to contact the previous owner. How can I bypass the activation Lock screen?
You are the proud owner of a useless device. If you don't know the previous owner, you cannot use this device EVER. Apple won't help you. We can't help you.
