itunes Version 12.9.5.5 won't play music
Hi,
I cannot of my music in iTunes. I've an Apple Music subscription and any albums/playlists etc added to my library, will not play.
As per the image below, all songs are 'greyed out'!

Switch to the songs layout of the library. See About iCloud Music Library icons and status - Apple Support. What is the status of these tracks? Are they ticked? See also Get help with iCloud Music Library - Apple Support.

First, try restarting your device(s), if you have just updated to this iTunes version; all would be setup, once restarted.
If you still can find no way around this, then contact Apple Support. They’ll know what’s going on.
