How do I report a phishing email I received that says my Apple account has been locked and looks like it was sent by Apple, it it’s not?

To report a suspicious email, forward the message to Apple with complete header information. To forward the email: In macOS Mail, select the email and choose Forward As Attachment from the Message menu at the top of your computer screen. These email addresses are monitored by Apple, but you might not receive a reply to your report.

Of course any such emails always claim to be from Apple. If they didn't, you would simply delete them with out even reading them. So spammer always spoof their email to make them look like they originally came from Apple.
Apple won't send you an email/text telling you your account is disabled/restricted or will be disabled/restricted. You will find out the next time you try to log in somewhere.
