How to update payment method? Can’t add, because I have a method that needs verified. Can’t verify, since the card was cancelled due to fraud. Can’t remove the method, since I must retain at least one method. Any idea how to fix?

To resolve this, add a new payment method or update the billing information for your current payment method. Your unpaid balance will be charged. Then you can make other purchases and update your apps, including free apps.
