How do I fix that not all complications added are available to any particular watch face?

I think he is asking how to add complications to a watch face that are not already listed as options. Assuming the applicable software for the complications is already installed on the watch, I don’t think one can. I believe it is a matter of software design: not all complications will be set up to be compatible with all watch faces.
