iPhone 8 acting crazy - multiple issues

Hi All - So all of the sudden my iPhone 8 started acting crazy. First the sound stopped working, then it randomly reboots and the click feel on the home button stops working. the vibrate also stopped working and the phone runs slow on top of that. I've tried all the setting I could find and did discover I can get sound out of the headphones and one time it allowed me to hear a voice mail but nothing when i get a call. Do I have to do a factory restore? If so, will Ioose all my data?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
