iphone x speakers distorted

My iphone X speakers sound distorted and the volume sounds low even at the highest level. I have tried the suggested fixes and had no success. Any suggestions?

It might be not a software, but a hardware problem.

Schedule an appointment at a Genius Bar or the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider to get your iPhone fixed.
