I have a iPhone 7 Plus, when I’m at home I am connected to Xfinity Wi-Fi but when I leave home I have no Internet connection on my at&t phone carrier. I was wondering if something in my settings are not connecting it? Please advise

Check (on your iphone) Settings>Cellular>Cellular data... and see what apps are allowed.
and/or
Check (asking your carrier) if your plan for cellular data is okay.
