how to synchronize contacts from desktop microsoft outlook 2016 with ipad pro 2018

There is no more choice for syncing Ipad Pro 2018 with desktop version of Microsoft Outlook 2016 in iTunes? There is only message about possibility for wireless connection to iClowd.

But when i connect to iTunes my old Ipad Air2 i still have such possibility.

Need i to install some extra tooll from AppStore on Ipad Pro to get the choice, or may be i just doing something wrong?
